Excellent insurance company, they take care of my needs when I am in the USA, currently I am a missionary in Cambodia, and will be for several more years. I will use them again if I return. I married a Cambodian and we have 2 daughters.
Did not follow through on cancelling my former policy and it got sent to collections. Then refused to call or email me back to fix the issue. Very unprofessional.
