Suzanne Grooms is very professional and easy to understand. The reason I am giving a 1 is her nurse. She never calls in all the medicine for my husband, I have to call back several times to get everything that was suppose to be called in. When I call and they leave a message for her to call me, it might be 2 to 4 days for a call back, and sometimes I have to call because she never thought it was important enough. I think she needs a new nurse. If things don't change, unfortunately we will be going else where.

After 6 years of having Suzanne Grooms NP as my PCP, I have come to learn I must find a new PCP. I’m not complaining of my hardships, but when a person seeks a medical professional to help figure out a way to get better but is only left to be ignored, untreated, undiagnosed and pushed to another appointment in 3 months!!!...Well that only tells me she truly does not care.
