The doctors at Mountain Health Center are wonderful, but the receptionist leaves a certain something to be desired. I have rarely met someone so openly rude and unfriendly to clients as the receptionist at Mountain Health Center. I have, at times, put off scheduling appointments simply because it involves engaging with this woman. I am not alone. Great doctors, terrible receptionist! Each and every doctor at Mount Health Center has a wonderful bedside manner. The receptionist is a different story. She is beyond unfriendly. I am thinking of changing practices simply because of her constant bad attitude.
