I recommend Dr. Ashby to any woman seeking OB/GYN care. My first visit with Dr. Ashby was for an emergency; I had to be seen when I found out I lost my first pregnancy at 6 weeks. I was scared and vulnerable, and even more scared to be seeing a doctor I didn't know. Dr. Ashby entered the room, sat in the chair beside me, and really took time to acknowledge the sadness of what I was going through. I have been seeing Dr. Ashby for years and now that I am pregnant I have been seeing her quite frequently. She is a very caring and kind person. She takes the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable throughout my first pregnancy. I have always been able to get in touch with either her or someone from her team. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Ashby and I feel comfortable recommending her to my family and friends.
Dr. Ashby took care of myself when I was pregnant with my 3rd child. She is beyond all the other doctors I’ve seen before. I recommend Dr. Ashby as a 5 star doctor! She is very compassionate, full of knowledge, providing excellent care.
I have lived in 7 different states and had MANY physicians during that time. 2 of them treated me with respect, kindness and genuine concern. Dr Ashby is one of them. Although it’s sometimes tough to get in to see her quickly, it’s worth the wait. There’s a reason for this too-she’s great!
Surprised and disappointed in the way I was treated recently when trying to speak with Dr. Ashby regarding my test results. She never responded to my questions submitted through northshoreconnect. My calls to the office resulted in assurance from the nurses that she'll call me back, which she never did. It's very sad that she couldn't find 5 minutes over the past 2 weeks to respond to my concerns. I no longer have confidence that she cares about my health, and I am switching to a new doctor.

An excellent specialist who is gentle and kind. Spends as much time with patients as they need. Listens well.
She is by far THE BEST Doctor I have had so far. I wish she could be my PC too. Excellent in every expect. If I could, I would give her more than 5 starts. :)
