She doesnt contact family not even to let them know she cant take messages from them even. She makes her clients wait until she is tired of the incoming messages before she even contacts the inmate initially. Poor service if you ask me atleast be considerate and state somehow you dont take messages nor speak to family members. Plus be on top of your client's cases there are some doing time for no reason and have to wait in there until you find time to do your job
