Dr Merten, what can I say. She is Amazing! I love my visits with her because she always makes me feel comfortable. I can talk to her and she listens to me. Thank you for being an amazing doctor.
Only one visit in but Dr Merten and staff were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and timely.
The reassurance and clear guidance I got from Dr. Merten, her team, nurses, and the staff at Blue Ridge Cancer Care gave me strength and hope when I needed it during one of the most difficult times in my life. Because of their efforts, I was able to face each challenge with courage and confidence. They have made an impact on my life that I will never forget.
The front desk staff at Blue Ridge Cancer Roanoke rarely even looked up from their computers to greet you, seemed like they hated their job. The lab techs and nurses were great. My PA was also awesome. Dr. Merten had 0 bedside manner. Couldn't answer my "why" questions regarding treatment with anything other than "that's just standard of care".
