Got my first cut today. Everything was just fine.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes it helps others. I had an appointment with Lisa and requested a simple clean-up: a trim around my ears and a neatened neckline. I clearly communicated—twice—that I’m growing out a pixie cut and did not want any length taken off the top. Unfortunately, my instructions were not followed. The top of my hair was cut significantly, leaving it so short that I can’t style it in any way—it just falls flat no matter what I do. I’m truly disa... read more
