I have been a member of this gym since 2023 and I am still as motivated as when I started. All the trainers are professional, helpful and friendly but Kristy and Yuri stand put for their challenging programs and their in-depth knowledge. Members feel comfortable and encourage each other. It is more than a gym. It is a community.
Tomorrow will be the one year anniversary of me joining SuyinLifts- the one year anniversary of joining any gym. At 57 it was an intimidating prospect to join a gym but here I have felt welcomed, encouraged and carefully guided. It’s been a phenomenal year. I can’t believe it but I look forward to going. It’s a wonderful gym with wonderful trainers.
I keep raving about how genius their business model is. It is so flexible. I am able to find time to go to the gym without having to compromise my other obligations as a single mom. Best of all, I'm seeing results !! And may I add, Yuri is an amazing trainer.
I really enjoy working with all the trainers at the gym. Kudos to Rhiannon for her patience with my questions and her welcoming smile in the morning.
I have been coming to Suyin Lifts for over a year and absolutely love it! The trainers are amazing, the community is so supportive, and the world are fire! 🔥
