I love seeing women of all ages here! I am in my late 50s and it's rare that I see older people in a gym. This place is comfortable for all ages.
I’ve had a great experience at SunyinLifts so far, and it’s only been six weeks. The whole coaching team has been incredibly patient and supportive. You’re in great hands with Dylan, Rhiannon, Zack, Yuri and Kyle! The gym is well equipped and super clean. The custom plans they create are a real game changer for someone who has a hard time getting motivated to go to the gym. I’m already feeling stronger.
Great place to get fit. Trainers take good care. Dylan and Kyle are awesome trainers who keeps pushing you to the next level
I have been a member of this gym since 2023 and I am still as motivated as when I started. All the trainers are professional, helpful and friendly but Kristy and Yuri stand put for their challenging programs and their in-depth knowledge. Members feel comfortable and encourage each other. It is more than a gym. It is a community.
Tomorrow will be the one year anniversary of me joining SuyinLifts- the one year anniversary of joining any gym. At 57 it was an intimidating prospect to join a gym but here I have felt welcomed, encouraged and carefully guided. It’s been a phenomenal year. I can’t believe it but I look forward to going. It’s a wonderful gym with wonderful trainers.
