This was my first time trying Nigerian food and was also my first time trying egusi soup. The egusi soup was so good I came out as a new person, I honestly don’t know what I was doing with my life before this. My tastebuds and mind were blown by this experience. We tried the combo experience with beef (only the beef and goat are halal) and chose medium spice level for this. 10000/10 for the food, ambience and the service ❤ I will be back in Providence JUST for the egusi soup

I ordered the Jollof Rice with Fish, and unfortunately, the rice was well below average in taste. This was particularly disappointing given the $28 price tag. I did not try any other dishes, so I cannot speak to the overall quality of the menu. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Jollof rice experience.

I ordered the Taushe (peanut soup) and it was delicious. The mango juice was great too.

The food is good overall, but lately the spice levels have decreased from what it used to be when me and my partner first started going there. The service is great when you sit down to eat but as someone who eats here often the service is poor for takeout. You can never get them to answer the phone, and for my last 3 orders they have forgotten me and my partners pounded yam which has been frustrating.

Terrible phone service. They deliberately ignore calls and avoid speaking to customers, yet they instantly accept your money online. It is incredibly poor service to completely cut off human communication once they have your cash. Avoid this place if you ever need to speak to a real person.
