Dr. Matthew Gill is amazing. I brought my mother here with an abscess on her chin from a cyst. Her oncologist had recommended him. She was very nervous, and scared it could be a tumor. Right away Dr. Gill put her at ease. Not only was he professional and experienced he was kind compassionate and genuine. He appeared to truly care about his patients, their comfort and the care they received. He was thorough, patient, and quite knowledgeable in his field of study. My mom came from Ireland and was having an issue with her hearing aide. We were given the ENT info by the Irish company and we called - they allowed us to come in immediately the front office staff were so nice and understanding. We were taken back to see I believe her name is Jennifer and she immediately looked at my mom’s hearing aide and fixed it. My mom could actually hear us without yelling at her LOL! Wonderful experience with Dr. Gill and all his staff. We went to him for a second opinion and ended up scheduling my daughter’s surgery (tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy) with him. Everything went well. Highly recommend Dr. Gill!
The staff here are very good and on point. The doctor is an expert surgeon, answers any concern, and I leave knowing I am in good hands. My surgery has had no complications. A friend is also seeing Dr. Gill.
