Days before school I take my son to get his haircut. Jess completely butchered his hair and there is no way to recover. He walked in with beach waves and came out almost buzzed!! Let me be clear, we showed a photo and asked for just a little off. She took too much and then just kept going trying to cover up her mistakes and he now has nothing. It's awful and he is in tears. Qwang is the man, fantastic cut every time and just a great guy! Make sure to book at least a few days, if not weeks, out cause it fills up quick. We recently moved a bit further away, but no question I'm only getting my haircut here.

I’ve been looking for a barber in the area for about 5 years and I feel super fortunate to have found Yen. I’m super happy with my cut every single time!

I called ahead and was told $20 for a haircut. When paying, I confirmed the price again and was told $20—but was then charged $28. When I asked why, the response was simply, “That’s what we charge,” with a brief apology for the “mispronunciation.” Honest mistakes happen, but clear communication and accountability matter. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled. The haircuts were fine, but I expected better transparency....
