First visit can't tell everything. But one of my colleagues referred I visited today. They were all friendly with smile in their faces and knowledgeable to what they do.
I replaced my breaks 10 months ago. The very next day during my road trip the breaks we're squealing and grinding the entire trip. I called and they replaced my brakes. But, after the replacement I went through the same issue I was told give them time to wear in or it's dust. But, here I am with the same issue daily. I've mentioned this problem because I frequent this shop but the last guy (not my normal guy) was dismissive. Rick and Suwanee Auto Repair were great regarding my automotive repair issues! I highly recommend them.
I've noticed a decline in the quality of work lately. They've mis-diagnosed my issues the last few times ive been in here, where previously they were spot on every time. I recommended them to a friend about six months back for an issue with an engine light and some noises, and they told him it needed a brand new engine. He got a second and third opinion and it wound up being something minor, and thousands cheaper than a new motor.
