Due to the incompetence of Suwanee Animal Hospital, we had to put down our dog 6 days after the visit to this Vet. Beware…
Upset. The previous owner has an outstanding balance on a dog she gave to my son. We wanted to have him groomed and went in to get his records of which was handled poorly! We the new owners were NOT ALLOWED to have his records per this hospital until the $1,400 balance was satisfied. I tried to explain that we are the new owners and that balance is with the previous owner. All I need is his records in order to proceed taking care of the dog.
