Love the atmosphere and professionalism. She always makes me feel totally comfortable and helps with all of my concerns.
I like the fact that this office handles all women care. She is usually very nice and always answers all of your questions. You never feel rushed with her and she does address all of your concerns. I think she could pay more attention to your health status than she does. Over all she is okay. But the staffs are rude, disrespectful and cold. You can never get an appointment on a timely matter. I came in for a physical and was asked how I was feeling. I said I had been feeling tired lately. So instead of getting charged for a physical, which my insurance covers, I was charged for a very expensive office visit. Dr Suvy didn't even help with my tiredness besides adding more stress with an expensive bill.
LOVE Dr Kuriakose and Carla, her nurse. The rest of the staff, neeh! I will continue to go there for the doc and the nurse only.
Extremely discourteous and unprofessional staff. Overcharged for visit and took over three months to correct. Took a long time to get me a referral, then the doctor they referred me to didn't even handle my problem. Rude receptionist, stated amount other crass remarks, that they would get the referral to me when they could, as I was not the only patient. I would not ever recommend this practice, found them to be by far the most condescending and unprofessional establishment I have visited.
She is wonderful, She listens and answers all questions.... I've never felt rushed. Staff has been courteous on the phone and in person.
This office is horrible!! The doctor has no time for you and you are treated awful by the staff. You should not waste your time going to this practice because you will be treated like you are an inconvenience if you are sick. Doctors and their staff are suppose to be there to answer questions and to treat you, not to make you feel you are unimportant and you are not worth the time.
had a 1:30 appt.. doctor had me come in at 1 to fill out paperwork.. was called in office at 1:45 and wasn't seen until 3:00.. when the doctor saw me she didnt seem to care much
