I cannot wait until this company’s immoral and unconscionable employment policies come out. Like no corporate holidays, unachievable goals set by executives who barely know their teams and managers who don’t even have the integrity to guide their employees. The lack of training and support available is astonishing. Stay far far from Suvoda if you value your work-life balance, sanity and overall happiness.

The finance department is inexperienced and undeveloped. I worked there for 3 mos and believe it is the CFO failing in leadership. Every file he sent me had errors that he clearly was not aware of, necessary reviews and checks & balances were not in place.
