The experience was a 3, but giving a courtesy 4 star bc Shankar seems like a plenty brilliant surgeon, especially for this area. As very thankful for that as I am- if he had not been here, the patient would have had the surgeries done at Barnes & would have undoubtedly had significantly better recoveries, so I cannot give recognition without that disclaimer.
