Worked with Tiffany from the start and she was so kind, quick to respond and made the whole process so easy. Would give her 10 stars if I could!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The people who work there are absolutely horrible and only care about taking your money. They will do everything in their power to get it. They are extremely unpleasant, the houses are filthy, they charge you for nothing, and they will try every trick to keep your deposit. It's the worst company you could possibly deal with.
Called with a plumbing problem and management immediately sent out maintenance. Chasen arrived with a smile and his plumbing tools! Was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Chasen and team!
This is in not a review against Tiffany. She did a great job in the process and answered all my questions. This is for whoever she answers to. We filled out an application, was told we were approved and the place would be ready next week and that she would call me Monday morning to finalize and go over details. The apartment I moved into smelled like cigarettes although it was claimed the carpet was cleaned and was immediately shut down when brought to their attention.
