My experience with Asset Management was not amazing while living at willow brook. Anytime I had any contact with anyone at the office, I was met with coldness and skepticism. I reported problems with the apartment while living there, and things were rarely fixed. When I put in my deposit, I asked if I could tour or look at the apartment to see if I could get a sense of what it was like. When I got to willow brook my dresser was in shambles with dog scratches all over it. So I sent them pictures of it and asked if it was worth them replacing it. They said no. So I delt with it. The end of the year, they charged me $90 to fix the dresser. Shame on asset management. They steal so much from students.
I would not recommend this company. They take advantage of college students and they will overcharge you for nothing. The apartments are old and dirty. I don’t understand why there are still renting apartments because they don’t care. They only care about money. These negative comments are real experiences from tenants.
Renting from asset property management has been real simple. Tiffany is awesome she’s honest, which is hard to find. The 2.5 overall rating seems awfully low, just going off of my experience. I’m sure people are just upset cuz rent is still always due, I have never seen a property Mangement company let you make payments for rent I think that’s awesome. Thank you Tiffany
Do you enjoy having money? Do you enjoy living in clean environment? Do you like being healthy? If so then Asset Management is the absolute worst company to rent from in cedar city dare I say the world. They will not lift a finger to fix anything when you are living on the property including bathroom ventilation, black mold, and dead trees next to the house, then charge you thousands when you end your lease.
