Asset Management has been one of the best property management companies I have every worked with while renting an apartment! Specifically, Tiffany is an amazing property manager and treated me with respect, honesty, and was just awesome to work with throughout the whole renting process. Easy going rental agency. Tiffany is the best! And no application fee which is so amazing since everywhere else has one and denies you for crazy things.
Edited for the response: A simple “I’m sorry ma’am you can’t park here” instead of just yelling at me that you’re going to have me towed would have reflected much better on your business, but I can see from other reviews that’s definitely not something you care about at this point. I wish I could make it zero stars. I went into the main office to get my property set up for a rental with them and they wouldn’t give me the time of day. The office smells like cigarette smoke and Debbie was extremely rude to me. I asked her to run some numbers for me (how much my property could be listed for, management charges, etc) and I basically had to force answers out of Debbie. Property owners: do not trust Debbie or “asset” management with your assets.
I have lived here for a year never been late on rent, I’m clean, quiet and respectful. I was told we are being evicted with no reason why. I honestly can see why reviews are so bad. Management are rude, ignorant and they lie. If I could have given them a minus 10, I would have. This situation had been so stressful not knowing why, it’s definitely been like unreal. I’ve never been evicted before and I’m 67 yrs old. Do not rent from these people.
