After 2 years, I am still thinking about how this managment company screwed me over. They charged us an extra month because we dropped our keys off on a Saturday (they told us to do it), then they told us 3 months later we didn't sign a paper (again they weren't there). I work at a mangament company now and can see a clear difference of quality. Any PMI franchise would be better. I can't wait to see what they respond back with :)
Don’t ever deal with this company they are frauds. They charge you for things without telling you what they’re charging you for. When you ask what they’re charging you for they send you to collections instead of justifying what they’re charging you for. They’re rude when you go into personally talk to them. Edited in response to property's reply: See attached email proof that after my daughter was verbally refused a tour, she emailed asking for dimensions and pictures, yet was only sent two pictures (room and bathroom) as mentioned in my original post. Again, not of her unit and none of shared spaces. Also, I am glad they acknowledged that they "limit" tours for privacy because they lied and responded to the attorney stating they allow tours prior (see attached). If I could give zero stars, I would. Asset Management Real Estate—and specifically the owner/manager Debbie—has been cold, defensive, and dismissive. This company preys on young college students who may not know their legal rights.
