After receiving great personal care gifts from this brand, I stopped in their store on a recent visit to Chicago. The beautiful silver hoop earrings I purchased were an instant favorite. When the post broke, I contacted them for a solution. I returned the earrings and got them back good as new. I am very pleased with their service, craftsmanship and professionalism to ensure my positive experience extended to every interaction after the sale. I look forward to seeing what's new upon my next visit to Chicago.
Really positive experience with wedding band resize and jewelry repair. Prices are very fair, customer service is excellent, and the turnaround time was super speedy (four days or so). I just wish I knew this place existed sooner! Definitely coming back for gifts. Have to support those local businesses!
The SUURI Design fragrance bar is amazing. Creating your own NON-TOXIC signature scent is a dream come true. Everything is accounted for during this experience; a comfortable and friendly setting, a variety of oils to select from, exceptional customer service to help build your fragrance, and multiple ways to take your fragrance home (perfume, candle or soap). I had a great time and love the fragrance I created.
Both women are very nice and professional. Whenever I go there the customer service is always on point as well as the jewelry quality, pretty much the only place I get my jewelry from
