The most unprofessional office and individuals I’ve dealt with in my entire 26 years of life. Both the male and female receptionists or secretaries act incompetent to the highest degree. The psychiatrist herself uses being unable to reach you as an excuse not to stay on top of scheduling and follow-up appointments for new prescriptions or dosage changes.
