So called on Monday for a rim. Said they had the rim. Called back to let them know we wanted said rim and no answer. Called Tuesday to let them know we wanted the rim no answer. Called back again around noon. Said they would have it pulled Wednesday. Called Wednesday and the receptionist doesn't recall talking to me. VERY rude. Said he sent all his workers home.
