Fantastic customer service. Very efficient and informative team.
Was looking for a GasGas SM700, I didn't get customer service; I made friends who I can trust to look after my motorcycle needs from point of sale to service. They had the bike shipped in the crate direct to their store, Fully re-worked the factory suspension to cater to my extremely unique riding requirements without judgement and sent me out on the road in a couple of days. Amazing pricing, Perfect customer service and an awesome workshop that knows exactly what a rider needs and what they don't.
I haven't paid them a visit yet but looking them up shows they are located along my route to Mama Lana's in Penrith, I have however ordered parts online since they purchased all of R&D Husky's stock (when R&D sold off their dealership) and found them quite helpful finding out what they have stock at hand and what Husqvarna can still supply for my 1998 WR360, the only short coming being their parts finder only goes back to 2004 but that's ok staff answer my email queries promptly and received the available parts without issue... read more
