Called about issue with software in my car not loading, just wanted to ask if I can reset it or anything. Lady would not let me speak with service team, could not answer any questions just wanted to book me in @ $200 diagnostics, couldn't even tell me if the car was safe to drive to the dealership. After a pretty disappointing experience earlier in the day at another Subaru dealership, where despite walking around the showroom and even heading over to the sales area not a single person acknowledged me, I decided to make the drive out to Subaru Arncliffe and see if the experience would be any different.
