As I was heading over to Arncliffe yesterday afternoon to pick up my car I was musing on how well you guys do customer service. I had brought our car (Subaru Forester) over at 07:30 for a service and some work on the front suspension. I recently had my Outback serviced for the first time at Subaru Arncliffe and was impressed by the friendly staff and the spacious, comfortable customer lounge. What stood out was the service team’s initiative to send me a video showcasing the lifted vehicle, providing a detailed view of its condition, including the status of replacement parts, engine oil, brake discs, and tyres.
