The staff worked with me to choose the perfect carpet for my home. They listened to my concerns about wear and tear in traffic patterns then made recommendations for appropriate carpet and padding. Once ordered the carpet arrived quickly and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. The installation crew was awesome. They moved all the furniture, cleaned the floors before installation, carried away the old carpet and padding. This crew was neat, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Higher end items, excellent selection.
I had them replace carpet in several rooms. The old carpet had been glued to the slab floor but the slab was sticky with residue after they pulled up the old carpet. The installers walked through the glue and tracked it all over our hallway wood floor. After complaint twice they sent out someone to remove it with a solvent and rag. Then I felt a large pebble under my new carpet in a heavily trafficked spot. I had to call twice and argue with them before I was promised that they would come and remove it. Nobody ever showed.
