Horrible experience servicing my car here. Our paperwork got mixed up with another car and things were done that weren't needed but also missed some things that did need doing. Not a surprise considering the number of people that work on your car throughout the day. We spoke with at least 6 or 7 different people, no one knew what the hell was going on, no one could work out what actually had been done to the car and no one took responsibility. Such an easy nice experience getting my car serviced here. Nice facilities for those that want to wait around. I had Kristal taking care of me who was absolutely lovely! Got fed up with sandwiches on the house and bottomless tea.
