Runs around more tha a headless chicken.. does what ever he can to keep a customer happy and never fails. The whole team there is friendly.... be cautious of Andrew the finance guy :p he may guilt you into buying a car on finance hahaa jks. The Mitsubishi service department were very attentive and took care of all my needs in regards to my pajero sports service. I got the car back washed and cleaned. All hassle free.
