Horrible customer service, called to get my appt expedited, the lady on the phone , had a loud baby crying in the background, told her my issue , mind you , she never verified who I was, and told me there was nothing she can do about my appt. I had to take what I had even with a daughter that has a medical condition and has to be on oxygen.

These people are amazing. They were who my home warranty was through to inspect and fix my air conditioner. Even though we are in Tucson. They are fast and efficient and super nice. They submitted everything quickly and the moment the warranty was approved was out the very next day. I am super grateful for them and their promptness and will continue using them from now on.

This dude plays racist music on blast. Incredibly loud and extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. Also plays songs that say “democrats are devils” and stupid garbage like that. I personally don’t want to do business with someone who thinks it’s appropriate to play that kind of music or hold those beliefs. Do not recommend.
