This is the 2nd time I have had Sutton’s HVAC do my annual service. I have a 23 year dual system. He had to do a few capacitor replacements but the two Trane Life Partners hopefully live another year. Joe was professional, respected our clean home, communicated well, and showed up when he said was going too. I recommend this company.

They did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the mistakes another company caused. They gave 5 star service for a reasonable price. Friendly, on time, communicate well, very knowledgeable and great problem solvers

I had a fantastic experience with Sutton’s HVAC Services! When our AC suddenly stopped working, they responded quickly and had a technician out in no time. Joey was professional, courteous, and experienced—they diagnosed the issue fast and got everything back up and running in a very timely manner. It’s such a relief to know there are still companies out there that truly care about their customers and stand by their work. Would never recommend them. Had a new A/C installed 2 years ago and it has been nothing but trouble. Bought a Goodman and have been told that the quality it not be very good. The system shut down on a Sunday and they would not come out. So we got a hotel and called someone else on Monday.
