Joey was professional, courteous, and experienced—they diagnosed the issue fast and got everything back up and running in a very timely manner. Would never recommend them. Had a new A/C installed 2 years ago and it has been nothing but trouble. Bought a Goodman and have been told that the quality it not be very good. The system shut down on a Sunday and they would not come out. So we got a hotel and called someone else on Monday.
