I had a service there. Luckily I accidentally dropped an Allen key in the engine bay and had to remove the splash sheild. I noticed bolts where in the wrong positions damaging U clips and there where 3 missing screws which I had to replace.. Luckily the bolts and U clips didn't fall out as those I would have had to get from the dealer. Being this is one of very few the service centres that service my specific car I am beyond disappointed. The service wasn’t great to start with, possibly because of no car available so the salesman not encouraged to provide the service. Anyway, I placed the order in Sep, said Nov I should have an update of about when there’s stock. No one had contacted us. Called few times this week, Sales person always not there. They took your money for deposit but no time to deal with you. Really disappointed!
Dropped my Suzuki off for a service yesterday and cannot commend the staff there more highly. Branko provided clear and professional information about the service and had a genuine interest in the car as well as my experience driving it. I will be back for the next service.
