Frustrating Experience – Poor Communication about the failing battery (clearly an issue after 3 months of inactivity, wait for the parts). - **Zero accountability** for leaving the car in an undrivable state post-"repair." - **Wasted time and money** due to their negligence.

Don’t service your car here unless you want to destroy it. I took my ssv redline there for service. They charged me $480 and They put too much engine oil in it. Not even that they didn’t even care to clean the dirty oil from underneath and i can’t even trust them if they have put the right engine oil. When i complained about excessive oil, jason from service department told me he will reimburse me the cost of draining the oil.
