This mob lie about things that apparently need fixing on your car that they apparently find as an extra cost during a service that doesn’t actually need fixing and when you ask for photo proof they can’t produce the photos they said they took
Arrogant customer services, bad servicing, charges me for my aircon but they did not even check the cooling if working or not, charges me for oil replacements but did not even change the oil, disgusting service
Great service
Not very good experience here at all. On every ocassion the oil was very overfilled despite me flagging this couple times. Like 1L extra. What's worse is the work recommended that was not required. i.e. wipers, throttle body cleaning and cabin filter. All of these were almost new as I sorted it myself prior to service. This happened even after I complained first time. They admitted it was not checked physically but they recommended it as it was not in the system that was done previously.
