I have been a Sutton cleaners customer for at least 15 years now. I changed from another cleaners in the area who said they were going to charge me extra because my clothes had dog hair on them all the time. Suttons has been consistent, and I have been happy with the same friendly service of their staff over the years. Very much recommend.
My suit jacket now has a tear (not all the way through, but a noticeable loss of material) in the shoulder area after using this place. This was definitely not there before I dropped it off.
I have never written an on line review for any business. However, when I googled Sutton's (my cleaners of three years) to get their phone number, I read the only review of the cleaners and it was negative. Quite rude – I've not had a problem with the quality of the dry cleaning for the money. It's not as crisp as places my company has used in the past but it was inexpensive. Today I got a call from the manager after one of my employees dropped off some uniforms. he read me the riot act because some uniforms got wet and threatened to not service us.
