I had an excellent experience at Suttons Arncliffe Nissan getting my Pathfinder. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Rodney, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and guiding me through every step. I do like the personal touch the Arncliffe branch gives. I had a bloody painful time with management at Chulora, as they refused to admit that they screwed up my car's suspension system. Only after I paid a Consultant engineer did they act and even then they put my car in their holding area for 2 weeks (and the service manager held onto the parts the whole time). Arncliffe check on you and even got me some lunch while I waited. Well done Arncliffe Sutton's 👏

Rodney at Suttons Arncliffe was the most professional, considerate, communicative car salesman I have ever encountered. The whole process of buying our car from start to finish was hassle free. It almost felt too good to be true. I honestly cannot recommend Rodney any higher. If I ever buy another car Rodney will be my go to salesman’s in the future.

Today we picked up our new car from Suttons Nissan Arncliffe. From the day we walked into the showroom Rodney, Alena, Corinne and Fadi were so helpful. From helping select our model, colour and accessories they were so patient, knowledgeable and accessible for questions in person, on the phone and by email. Rodney also sort us the best deal. I highly recommend this team. Thank you for a great experience, we look forward to many kms in the new car.
