I’ve bought a new car from suttons, had a few issues and had to take it in for work. The after care is terrible. I work crazy hours and can’t pick my car up when they are open. They have no care, not helping out it anyway like leaving my car where I leave it for them in the morning

Excellent service. Special thanks to Lachlan and Nick. They are not only friendly but also skilled, they quickly fixed the lock of my boot. And last but not least, the manager took good care of the customer need. When he noticed the supplies of the complimentary food and beverage were half filled he immediatary asked a staff to refill everything to the top. Thank you. They had good coffee :）

Don't trust the service here. I bought $80K brand new car from this dealership and got it serviced here since then as well. There was an uneven wear and tear on the tyres, but the service guy only told me to change the 2 tyres. Once went to the tyre shop, I was told the lower control arm bushes are gone and need replacement. Not only the fact that 2 year old car has this very dangerous problem, but also the service did not even check although one of the symptoms of this problem is uneven wear and tear on the tyres. Waited 4 hours just to change the oil & filter and checks for my wife’s car. Never going again
