I had a great experience working with Kristal from the Sutton dealership. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Kristal made sure everything was well-organized and communicated clearly, which made my job much easier. It’s rare to come across someone so reliable and on top of things. I really appreciate her support and would be happy to work with her again anytime.
Service was thorough and a video was sent to show the work. Loan car was almost brand new. Ali at the desk was organised and proactive when following up an issue with a wallet being left in the loan car by the previous driver. Will use Suttons again.

Poor customer service and incompetent mechanics. Left tools in engine bay after service, never reset service interval. Manager is a bully and was very threatening when confronted when I mention the tools left in Engine bay Overall poor customer service and staff are extremely unprofessional To the reply provided by Suttons it was yoir own customer care team on the day we're extremely rude, ignorant and threatening when they were coming fronted by what they had left in the engine bay!
