I have lived here for 5 years now. I used to think it was a really nice place and recommended it. But over time it has gone down hill. Dues are 300$ a month now for my one bedroom. Repairs are not getting done in a timely manner if at all. I have to argue and fight to get anything fixed. The manager is a complete moron. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking sucks but other than that I have no complaints. I enjoy living here !!
Association and manager are HORRIBLE! Old, rusty pipes have caused SEWAGE back up in my unit along with 3 other units MULTIPLE times and caused damage. Association and manager are ignoring phone calls and emails from my insurance to repair the damage which is also a health issue. Dues are almost $300 a month for absolutely nothing! Do not move here!
