Six years after purchasing my Rpod 171 in 2019, I am pleased to provide a review of my experience with the trailer. Bought a new trailer here the guy that helped me was super polite unlike the people at bish’s rv they were professionals helpful and knowledgeable. Their salesman will is the guy to ask for won’t bullshit you and won’t push you into nothing you do t have to be in or don’t want. I’d 100 percent recommend buying your first ever or trailer here you won’t have a bad experience I promise.
I have utilized the service department for an Airstream and purchased a Forest River No Bo while trading in and consigning with Sutton. I feel I was treated fairly and ethically each time. Don in service is knowledgeable with a good eye for detail, and he ensures quality work is performed. 1000 Trails and Harvest Hosts for a year are fun perks that make buying local, not from a chain, even more satisfying.
Teresa and the team went above and beyond to help us get our RV. They worked hard to get us a great deal an even got us an extra set of keys overnight mailed to us.
Sutton RV is amazing they we so easy to deal with and bent over backwards and then some for my husband and I to get and keep out little trailer. Shout out to Teresa and the GM for being amazing. If we ever upgrade or get something else we will definitely go to them again.
