We had a great experience with Sutton RV. Winfield was awesome to work with throughout the sales process and helped us negotiate a great price on our tent trailer. We were upgrading from a tent so this was our first tent trailer. Cody was really helpful in showing us all the different features and how to setup/tear down the trailer. We will definitely come back to Sutton when we’re looking for our next upgrade.
Buying an rv can be a daunting experience! There are so many to choose from, and they can be very expensive. This can be very stressful with so many options that are available in today's rv market. The last thing you need is a bad experience at an rv dealer! My wife and I were overwhelmed with the pleasant experience at Sutton RV. We did most of our purchase via text with Winfield, who was awesome to deal with. He was 100% ready to answer any of our questions and had a very positive attitude. The tech that did our walkthrough, Cody, was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly in making sure we knew how to operate our new trailer and in setting up our wd hitch. I can’t say enough about our experience with the great people at Sutton RV. I’ll start with our salesman, Leonard. He is everything a salesman should be. He was friendly, extremely helpful, and was incredible with our 2 year old. He actually did everything he could to get us the best deal possible. And he did, with the help of Karen in financing. Great experience! Leonard was super nice and while we picked our new toy! Cody was amazing at the walkthrough and showed us each and everything about all the buttons and bells and whistles! And answered all of our questions! So excited for our new to us toy! Highly recommend!
