We are very disappointed in Sutton right now. We have called for over a week and left messages about fixing a major leak in our hydrant and no one has ever called us back even to recommend someone else. We even talked to someone at their home without that helping. Maybe there is something wrong that excuses this, but we have lost a lot of money from this leak and finally had to go to someone else. We have liked Sutton very much in the past, but not responding in any way to a customer is not good business.

They were on time to do the repair. They were very efficient in their work. They had all the necessary parts to complete the repair and they were fair in their charges. I will use them as needed and I recommend this company.

About a year ago I used Mr. Sutton services on my leaky shower. He came in a timely manner and finished pretty quick. I had a new knob that worked great. I was very please with him. But when i recently called him for another leak and he never answered his phone or return them. So it was irritating not to be able to get ahold him for days. I finally gave up and had to call another place.
