Very accommodating staff very clean rooms, central location highly recommend
We loved our stay at Sutton Place. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was beautiful very clean with a great view. Amazing location with great restaurants and shopping. Top of our list where to stay in Vancouver.
Checked into a suite at the Sutton. Each suite seems to have it’s own air conditioning compressor on the balcony which is so noisy that it makes it difficult to sleep with it on. Rooms are tatty and in need of updating. No flexibility on late checkout and hotel overall very average for the money. Big plus for this hotel is the central location but wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience and inflexibility of the hotel.
