The building is very secure! If personal belongings were missing, that would be a one off. Granted the board may be of an no older generation, younger people do have the opportunity to be on the board but choose not to. I lived there for a decade and Sutton Park was a lovely residency.
Very nice,enjoying an iced coffee on the balcony overlooking East Ave.
Very secure and really well taken cared of. Beautiful apartments.
