After reccomending that I have my child hospitalized, she dropped us after he was released because I missed an appointment. It was very unfair to my child who at least deserved an exit appointment with her. She was cruel to me, demeaning me as a mother because I missed the appointment. Very unprofessional.
Bad. She did not keep all her appointments & was then hostile about me changing some of mine. She only touched on the issues once in the visits we had & wanted more visits. She cancelled our treatment with her via text while we were driving to our appointment & when we arrived on time she wouldn't let us in & told us it wasn't working & to get a new therapist. It was the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced & detrimental to my sons emotional welfare as he was the patient.
