My issue with Kia Alice Springs still hasn’t been resolved. The door seals, which should be covered under warranty, are clearly defective but I was told it was my fault, even though the damage is on the sides. I was also charged for a warranty inspection, which has never happened before. The speaker issue I reported was ignored as well. Very disappointed with the service and lack of accountability.

Fabulous new staff member we dealt with today, organised a fuel filter for us at ASAP as they didn’t have any in stock. The advice about the mechanics to try got us out of trouble and sorted and back on the road. Thanks again!
