This place is completely horrible ,if you are a patient. And you have a medical issue and you want these incompetent people to figure it out, Definitely go somewhere else . The only Goals that this place accomplishes is making money for UMass and that’s it. Zero compassion for their patients. The only thing they care about is ringing up a Bill, and that’s it .It’s all Business oriented, and that’s it. Forget about these incompetent. Dr Ghandour is one of the best. He takes time to listen and will help or try to help to the best of his ability ( insurance can get in the way) The office staff has always been nice. Short wait times
I love Dr. Gandour! I have had him as my primary care for a couple years now. He is always very listening, and kind to what is going on in my life! Thanks for giving me the time of the day doc! First time I haven’t been nervous before I am getting ready for my check ups. He helps me with whatever issue steps in the way; and I have had many since my car accident a few years back! Thanks for being so good to me Doc! I hope you are this good to all of your patients! A+++!
AWFUL! Since change of Drs! I was taking off all of my meds that I need for my condition that is none treatable. Once Dr. Ghandor did that I ended up in the hospital admitted. Great Dr!!! So much for following my chart and previous Drs orders... Funny how the meds i been on for 15+ yrs is now all a sudden NOT help me it's in my head... U kidding me!!!! Every Dr I seen said YOU are wrong!! But yet here you are prescribing other ppl pain meds no problem and adding more on top 👍 👌 great Dr ! You have made me suffer! Thank God... read more
