Excellent customer service. Went in today looking for something I doubt they would have, but Blair took the time to recommend something that she thought would work and she was right !! Helpful and courteous. Great staff at this location.
Excellent experience! Bought a bunch of lumber online, for the first time ever - inclusive of free delivery. The entire process was straightforward, and rescheduling the appointment was easy too. When it came to the day of, they arrived first thing in the morning - as requested - and were able to slide the entire skid of lumber into my garage! All the lumber is top notch. No cracks, no splits and very true. Would certainly order again and would easily recommend to anyone that asks. Support local!
My last two visits were memorable as I am a bit of a newbie to DIY and as habit has it I was wandering aisles as I have been in habit from other stores. I was lost not only with what I needed but where it was. So staring at the shelves I was approached by a staffer named Patrick (both times), not only was I assisted in finding what I thought I wanted but was shown a better alternative and both times in and out with confidence I got what I needed.
