My first time Visit was Pleasant and Comfortable and very Professional
Best ear test ever and I got to see a cool picture of my inner ear
The office was clean. The receptionist was professional and kind. The doctor was great and thorough and explained everything.
The experience was great, the staffs were very friendly, make you feel welcome. I even met a patient and that lady was very nice. The place is very clean. I love the way they take care, time, and interest in treating each person. The lady at the front desk is so sweet. The doctor that I saw was very professional, she explained everything to me. They will never say you need a hearing aid, when you really don't.
Terrible service. Dr. Singer was wonderful but she left. This new audiologist is incompetent . She didn't know how to adjust the hearing aids. Didn't know what to do when the hearing aids were making whirling sounds. She said that's normal. Doctors disagreed. When hearing aids didn't function refused to have them fixed. I would stay away from her and this place.
