Working with Monica Xiong from this brokerage was by far the most disappointing real estate experience I’ve ever had. Went back and forth with Joseph for over two weeks trying to see a property. He apparently showed it many times but could never get back to me about setting up a showing despite the landlord repeatedly requesting him to do so. Extremely unprofessional. Would not want to rely on this service for property management.
Terrible experience with Sonia Kang – completely unprofessional and disrespectful of our time. She originally scheduled a private showing for Friday at 2 PM but then last-minute rescheduled to Saturday, after we had already started cleaning and rearranged our work day to accommodate her. Come Saturday, we spent the morning deep-cleaning our condo again, while sick with the flu, and then left the apartment with our sick baby—only for Sonia and her buyer to never show up.
