Unfortunately, they didn’t test drive the truck after completing a tire rotation and an alignment. The trucks feels extremely unstable to drive, it goes side to side on its own and it feels worse when you go through any “rough” parts on the road. We will need to take it to another workshop. Also, we noticed that 3 of the tires had over 45 PSI so someone must had put air in the tires.
Brought my 2019 Escape in to service 5/18/26. My vehicle was there about 2 weeks to see why periodically all the warning lights would come on and the radio would tell you take it to the nearest dealer . During this time, I was first told I needed a new battery ($240) then was told that didn’t correct the issue. I was asked had it been in an accident ( NO ) we pulled the car fax and all while I came to get a loaner . No additional alterations at all ever done to my car . Excellent customer service and great service department.
Ford is amazing quick service. Only wished they wondered old recalls had it inspected and still lost windows edge cover on the highway.
