Terrible service. The first time I took my car in for an Autobutler paint protection application in December of 2013, they removed my antenna and placed it in my center console. They never put it back on, they just left it there. So I took the time to reinstall the stupid antenna myself. That's just bad service. But it gets worse. The last time, July of 2015, they left white film and smudges all over the interior of my car. I purchased a 2005 mustang from Sutton back in August 2010. I had the car for 2.5 weeks. I received a call from the service department saying they had a warranty "part" for the Mustang and please bring it in so they can work on it. I brought it in, then the Finance manager who was extremely rude and a-holish. He told me he can't get me financed and they took the car back.
