Ryan has always been so patient while having the perfect answer for all our projects. Suttons’ renovation of hardwood and marble in our house is an impeccable job. They will always be the call we make.
I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We are enjoying our newly installed carpet and LVP flooring in our renovated basement. Its so fancy now I think I can call it the lower level!
I would absolutely recommend Sutton‘s carpet for any of your carpeting or tile needs. The two installers that we had were Austin and Levi, and they were very polite, friendly, and conscientious. they took their time and did a great job, put everything back in place and then checked with us to make sure everything was where we wanted it. Another thing I liked was the installers were employees of Sutton carpet not subcontractors. Will definitely use Sutton carpet again in our next project

They always help us find the best fit for a particular project by considering our lifestyle and our pets, and they are so easy to have in our home during flooring installation. Customer service was amazing, from trying to decide what carpet i wanted for our two spare rms from their expansive inventory, to the installation. Install was great, guys showed on time, worked hard all day & the end product is just beautiful. Would absolutely use this company for any future flooring needs!
