I wish I had called Sutton Flooring first! I had called at least 4 other places trying to find someone to re-stretch our carpet before getting a new couch delivered. We were either told no, were ghosted, or they were booked out too far. We were to the point of trying to do it ourselves before Sutton came to our rescue. My husband and I have used this company for our flooring needs for many years (probably greater than 40 years) and we have never been unhappy with their products or work ethic. I would recommend the company to any person.
The ordering process was simple and straightforward. The ordered material arrived ahead of schedule and was installed ahead of the expected installation date. Predicted time for all the work was 1.5 days---work was actually completed in 1 day. Quality of the installation was top notch. We are very pleased with the entire project.
We had gotten water in our basement and after repairs, all of the staff at Sutton were so helpful and genuinely kind in helping us choose new carpet. We had a pool table and staff worked hard to brainstorm solutions so the carpet could be installed. Great job!
