Unfortunately my vehicle needed repairs on my bumper so I went to Carstar in the Sutton West location. They answered all my phone calls (yes a few calls) and were polite with answering my questions. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday morning, they had a rental vehicle ready for me which they prearranged for me. By Wednesday, I was able to pick up my vehicle and the repairs looked great. Took my pick up truck in to get some work done after an accident. Did a great job through insurance. Brought truck back for a sensor issue the bent over backwards to help solve the issue. Took my SUV there for a deep scratch from a minor car scraping it paid out of pocket. They did an amazing job and the price was great!!!
