Hands down best customer service and professional work. I have been going to them for over 7 years now getting mechanical work done or body work. I brought my 2011 Audi S4 for a full clutch job plus test pipes and motor mounts. Their pricing, timing, and communication is top tier. I refer them to all my friends and family who are all also very happy with their work.
The fellows did amazing work at a fair (non-insurance) price and even detailed the car.
I had an outstanding experience with Carstar in Sutton. Both Shan and Roger were excellent to deal with. They were knowledgeable, honest and direct with me. I brought my truck in on Monday morning for body work and they had it finished by Tuesday afternoon. The body work itself was so impressive and you couldn't' even tell the truck had been sideswiped.
