Wonderful experience at Sutton and Cheam Vehicle Repairs! While I was there, an elderly lady came in for an MOT and service — Amanda and Ali got it done so quickly, she left smiling and grateful for the time saved. Friendly, caring, and efficient service. Highly recommended!
Put the wrong tire on my car and caused tons of issues. Charged £500 for MOT and full service, but tons of stuff was still broken. When asked, they just said they don't do the further stuff. I had a Mitsubishi Outlander, and they put snow tires on with the rest of the regular tires, causing many issues.
Something not quite right here. Had a car with a warranty repair, took it in, had it diagnosed. Warranty people said the garage had quoted 7 hours to replace an alternator that is a 1 - 2 hour job. The dealer who i bought the car from offered to supply the alternator and pay to have the garage fit it and they weren't interested. All in all a waste of time sadly.
