I had my roof repaired by Sutton’s building under QBCC warranty. The house was less than 2years old, yet the sections replaced by the company were clearly the wrong colour. Suttons response was that it’s simply a cosmetic difference, not a structural issue and so it’s fit for purpose. I think a new build should look like a new build, not an obvious patch job.
We just washed a home built by Sutton Building, what a work of art, they think of everything.
Just had my shed finally completed by Suttons Building Solutions.Shed size was 12 m x7 m .All they had to do was put up the structure slab was already there.A job that should of taken 2 weeks max took 6 months with very little communication along the way of why it took so long.Worst builder I have ever used.
